Classic White Bread
Ingredients:
l 500g bread flour
l 300ml water
l 7g dry yeast
l 8g salt
l 15g sugar
l 30g unsalted butter
Steps:
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Gradually add warm water while stirring.
3. Knead to windowpane stage (~15 mins).
4. First proof until doubled (~1 hour).
5. Divide and shape.
6. Second proof (~45 mins).
7. Bake at 200°C for 25-30 mins.
8. *Tip: Ideal dough temperature: 24-26°C.
